These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of papero.io ("Papero", "we", "us"), an online service where an AI agent writes documents based on your instructions.

1. The service

Papero generates business and personal documents (invoices, contracts, letters, policies and more) using artificial intelligence, based on the information you provide. Documents can be edited by chat and downloaded in several formats. A photo-cropping tool for document photos is also provided; photos are processed in your browser.

2. Not legal advice

Documents produced by Papero are general templates generated by AI. They are not legal, tax or financial advice, and we do not guarantee they are suitable for your specific situation or jurisdiction. For important matters, have a qualified professional review your document.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for how you use generated documents. You may not use Papero to create unlawful, fraudulent or misleading documents, to impersonate others, or to infringe third-party rights. We may suspend access for abuse.

4. Plans and payment

Papero offers a free tier (3 documents per month with a "Made with papero.io" line), a one-time purchase per document ($1.99), and the Papero Pro subscription ($6.99 per month) with unlimited documents and extra features. Prices are shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem.io. Creem is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Creem handles payment processing, billing support and refunds.

5. Subscription renewals and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via the link in your receipt email or by contacting support; cancellation stops future charges and your plan remains active until the end of the paid period.

6. Your content

You own the documents you create. We claim no rights over the text you provide or the documents generated for you.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Papero is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; the current version is always published on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
